Q Marsden doesn’t just make music. He lives with it. He trusts it. He respects it. He breathes it. He gives his all to it. This intimacy has bonded the Florida-born singer, songwriter, and producer to a growing fanbase worldwide. He forged his own relationship with music as a kid in Florida. Born to musician parents, he taught himself piano, guitar, bass, drums, and keys. Honing his craft over the years, he learned the ins and outs of production.

He served up fan favorite releases such as The Shave Experiment EP [2020] and debut album Soul,PRESENT [2023]—hailed by NPR as a collection of “soulful songs steeped in analog nostalgia and & 80s pop production, with an eye toward a slightly more warped and wondrous future.”

Simultaneously he clocked over half-a-billion streams fueled by the likes of Garage Rooftop, TODAY, Be With Ya and the breakout Take Me Where Your Heart Is.

Along the way, he incited widespread tastemaker praise from The New York Times, Complex, Hypebeast, Teen Vogue, Billboard, and PAPER who raved, “He exudes a natural X factor and effortless musical talent that harkens back to a bygone era of soul-pop acts like Stevie Wonder and Prince.”
