In 2018, Nix gained recognition for his work on LAUSSE THE CAT's album "The Girl, the Cat and the Tree," where he contributed with his keyboard and vocals. The following year, he released his own debut EP titled "Life's a Bitch, I Just Need An Early Night," drawing inspiration from various genres and infusing his nimble piano style and storytelling songwriting to create a unique and captivating sound. His jazz-infused hip-hop resonated with fans across genres, building a dedicated following eagerly anticipating his next moves. Nix has since collaborated with emerging artists like ENNY, The Silhouettes Project, and edbl, while also releasing popular standalone singles like "Drive Slow."

As a talented and passionate artist, Nix takes charge of creating visual covers for his music, incorporating imagery that mirrors the vivid and visceral nature of his songwriting. On March 15th, 2023, he unveiled his debut album "Xin's Disappearance," a deeply personal and enigmatic project inspired by his childhood and adult experiences. Nix showcases his artistry by crafting every aspect of the album, from songwriting to instrumentation and engineering, resulting in a rich and layered masterpiece that introspectively explores life's joys and struggles. Through the album's thematic and musical journey, listeners are invited to immerse themselves in the depth of Nix's character and creativity.
