A Town Called Malice

In March 2023, to celebrate the release of Sky’s new TV show A Town Called Malice, Village Underground was transformed into an immersive, sensory, three-scene experience transporting guests about as far away from the heart of Shoreditch as you can imagine – back to the 1980s for a nostalgic trip to the Costa Del Sol.
With three distinct scenes – an airport departure lounge, an aeroplane scene, and the nightclub and the nightclub Club Paradiso, guest could move through the space taking in the comprehensive audio and visual systems, high-production branding and design for total immersion in the world of the show, all produced and delivered by one of our innovative suppliers, London Filmed.
The revellers, made up of content creators, press and influencers, took to the Club Paradiso dancefloor late into the evening for cocktails, dancing and even some getting temporary tattoos from the neon booth as a semi-permanent reminder of their ‘holiday’.
